Grizzle Heating and Air LLC is committed to the quality service of your heating and air conditioning system and all accompanying warranties. Our Preferred Customer Plan helps to preserve your system and its warranties. Regular maintenance of your heating and air conditioning system maintains its energy efficiency and reduces your costs in the long run.

Preferred Customers Receive:

• Priority scheduling for any service needs throughout the year
• 10% discount on service repairs
• Reduced diagnostic fee on service calls

Preferred Customer Seasonal: Fall


One fall visit per year to clean and check your furnace:
  • Multipoint inspection
  • Burner assembly cleaning
    (pulling blower assembly is extra)
  • Checking the unit performance and efficiency
  • Inspecting mechanical components for wear
  • Free 1” filter replacement (standard sizes)

Preferred Customer Seasonal: Spring


One spring visit per year to clean and check your air conditioner:
  • Multipoint inspection
  • Water wash of condensing unit
    (pulling or evaluating evaporative coils are extra)
  • Checking all pressures and refrigerant levels
  • Checking the unit's performance and efficiency
  • Inspecting mechanical components for wear
  • Free 1” filter replacement (standard sizes)
